It is funny how we always rush our assignments at the last possible moment.
Sure enough, I started early, preparing for my essays since the last weekend, reading up...making notes. It wasn't until Wednesday I started panicking and decided to do the things university students do best - attempt to stay up for 2 nights straight with minimal sleep.
I finished all my 3 assignments (all due 24th Feb) at 4.53pm.
Made it to the submission time of 5.30pm with 3 minutes to spare.
I didn't enjoy it, and I hope I won't end up with a lousy schedule like that again. *grimaces*

So its down to the last assignment - shooting and editing an MTV from scratch. Shot a mock tombstone scene at Eusoff Hall which invited a couple of unwanted scares because Eusoffians saw only Nick bending down towards the "tombstone" but not the cameraman (because I was hidden somewhere *chuckles*) Shot another few scenes at my empty house with a hell lot of NGs and laughs..haha thanks bro for those laughs. *grin*

The mid-term break reminds me of how the exams are going to be on us pretty soon, I think I better start catching up on my readings soon.
I had one of the better trainings, in fact it was good - after the longest time ever.
I had a good game too, despite the end results. I suddenly found that I could see more of the court, I was more aware of what was going on - after watching from the bench the different games that went on.
I am still not as worthy in terms of skill and goal scoring opportunities though.
But I am feeling so much better about myself. Floorball trainings are beginning to be fun once again. :)
--------------------------
The pressures of schoolwork, trainings and preparations for upcoming events has gotten to us. It seems like I'm constantly stealing little bits of time, whereas sometimes it seems like I can't do it anymore. Has life degenerated to school, training and hall/events/clubs/etc for us? Hey but no regrets, because I sure don't want to be one of those people who just go to school, study, and go home (and study more.) and do nothing else. What I meant was, because of our commitments, we suddenly have no time to meet up and chat with our loved ones, or friends we haven't seen for a few years.
Its like how I'm unable to meet up with a group of friends I met from TKGS till now...despite the numerous gatherings they have had the past few years. Every now and then, something crops up, or my mum simply won't let me join them because I haven't been home for ages too.
Oh well. Just the usual murmur through the night. Happens when I'm tired. Old already, lah.
